[Disability Access Service] How can I use the service?

Eligible Guests:
Holders of an eligible certificate
Steps:
1. On the day of your Park visit, please inform a Cast Member at the applicable location that you wish to use the Disability Access Service and register for the service. (Registration is required once per day.)
2. Please set the time for your experience at the location you wish to experience.
[1. Register for Disability Access Service]
Please present the original document of your disability certificate (not a copy) or an App for the disability handbook and Park tickets for all members of your party to a Cast Member at the applicable location. (Please see here for more information)
-At the time of registration, your photo will be taken to be used for verification when using the service.
[2. Set the time for your experience at the applicable location]
Please present the Park ticket used for registration in [1] above to a Cast Member at the applicable location.
Guests who have difficulty standing in line for a long period of time will be able to wait outside of the line along with all members of their party.
(The time for your experience at the location will be set on the Park tickets for all members of your party.)
(You may not be able to view the shows or presentations at the queue area.)
Please note that you will not be able to access other experiences during the period.
-If you do not meet the safety requirements for attractions such as boarding restrictions, you will not be able to experience the attraction.
-If you access experiences requiring a 40th Anniversary Priority Pass, please see here.
Cast Members at Main Street House and Guest Relations provide general information about Disability Access Service in English and Chinese.
-The Cast Members may not be available at certain times.
