Information will vary depending on the date of Park ticket purchase.
Before reading the following, please check here whether your Park ticket can be changed.

When is the date of Park admission that you specified at the time of Park ticket purchase?
Your Park ticket cannot be changed to a Park ticket with an admission date on or after October 1, 2023 even if it is unused or unexpired.
For Guests with eligible unused Park tickets, requests for refunds will be accepted. For details, please see here.
To enter the Park, you will be required to purchase another Park ticket.
[Where to make changes]
Changes can be made online (the My Booking page of the Tokyo Disney Resort Official Website, the Tokyo Disney Resort App).
-Please note that changes cannot be made at ticket booths at Tokyo Disney Resort.

[Details of making changes]
The date of Park admission and age category (such as from adult to child) can be changed. (The Park ticket type or Park selection cannot be changed.)
-Requests for changes to business card-sized Park tickets will not be accepted.

[Conditions for making changes]
Changes can be made as long as the Park ticket is within its period of validity. (Park tickets will become invalid after the expiration date.)
Changes can be made both before and after the date of admission. (There is no limit to the number of changes that can be made.)
-For information about how to check the expiration date of your Park ticket, please see here.

-If a Park ticket of the same Park ticket type as yours for the date you wish to visit is sold out, changes cannot be made to the date of admission.
-If you do not make changes to the date of admission, you can make changes to age category even if a Park ticket of the same Park ticket type as yours is sold out.

-More than one Park ticket purchased online in a single transaction can be changed at a time. For details, please see here.

[Notes]
Requests for cancellations or refunds of Park tickets due to Guests' personal circumstances will not be accepted.

[Fees for making changes and transactions to process price differences]
Fees for making changes will not be charged.
A transaction is required each time a change is made, regardless of whether there is a price difference or not.

[Transactions]
A transaction will be made with the credit card (or debit card or prepaid card) or PayPay used at the time of purchase.
-Transactions may take some time to process.
・Credit cards (or debit cards or prepaid cards)
The full amount of the Park ticket price after the change will be charged to your card, and the full amount of the Park ticket price before the change will be refunded to your card.
・PayPay
The full amount of the Park ticket price after the change will be charged to your PayPay, and the full amount of the Park ticket price before the change will be refunded to your PayPay balance.
