I wish to change the date of my Park ticket online, but the Park ticket I purchased does not appear in My Bookings.

First, please login with your Disney account here.
-You will be required to log in on a computer to change your Park ticket.

If the "Search Option" setting in the "My Bookings" is set to "Hide cancelled bookings" or "Hide past bookings", the purchased items will not be displayed, so please uncheck all the boxes.
-After changing the Park ticket, the code on the Park ticket will also be changed, so please make sure to print out the changed Park ticket and visit the Park.

If the purchased items still do not appear in the My Bookings, please contact the Tokyo Disney Resort Online Reservations/Purchasing Support Desk.
