I wish to make changes to a date of admission online, but my Park ticket information does not appear on the My Booking page.

Please check below to make sure your purchase is complete:
・"A reservation confirmation email" and "an email with the code for your Park ticket" sent to the email address registered in your Disney account
・Purchase history of credit card (or debit or prepaid card) or PayPay used for the purchase

If none of the above applies, your Park ticket purchase has not been completed.
If the above has been confirmed, your Park ticket purchase has been completed. Please check the following purchase history pages:
・The ”My Booking" page of the Tokyo Disney Resort Official Website
・"Purchase history of Park tickets whose reservation number starts with A" under "My Booking" in the "Help" section of the Tokyo Disney Resort App

To check your Park ticket purchase history and make changes to the Park ticket, please log in with "the Disney account used to make the purchase".

Please note that changes can be made only during the validity period of your Park ticket.
