Please check below if the information of yourPark ticket purchases does not appear on the page of “My Booking”.

[Web page for checking your record ofPark ticket purchases]

・Reservation and purchase records for Parktickets purchased online on or after April 1, 2023 are displayed in the ”MyBooking" page of the Tokyo Disney Resort Official Website.

・With the App, it can be checked at “Ticketpurchases with a Reservation Number that starts from the letter A” under "MyBooking" in “Bookings and Purchases” from the "Help" section afterlogging in to the Tokyo Disney Resort App.

“Current bookings/purchases” is displayed asa default setting. By selecting the tabs “Booking/purchase history &cancellations” or “All”, you can also check the records of the specified dateof Park admission earlier than today.  

[Use your MyDisney Account for your Parkticket purchase history]

To check your Park ticket purchase historyand/or make changes to the Park ticket, please log in to the site with yourMyDisney Account at the time of purchase. If you log in with a different account, yourhistory will not be displayed.

 If it is still not displayed after youhave addressed all of the above, please check below to confirm whether thepurchase has been completed.

・"A reservation confirmationemail" and an "email with the code for your Park ticket" sent tothe email address registered with your MyDisney Account

・Purchase history of credit card (or debitor prepaid card), PayPay or Alipay used for the purchase

If you have received the emails, thepurchase has been completed. If you have not received the emails but have thepayment history, it is possible that the account is set to block the emails. Formore information, please see here.
