Do we have to create a group on the Tokyo Disney Resort App?
(ID:22341)
If all of the following apply to you, you can enjoy the Park without creating a group on the App:
・A representative of the party purchases Park tickets for all members of the party together (note 1)
・Park tickets for all members of the party are displayed on the representative's App (note 2)
・Enter/re-enter the Park with the representative (note 1)
・Select the Park tickets for the members of the party on the representative's App when using services available on the App (note 3)
・Members of the party other than the representative do not use the services available on the App individually (note 1)
Note 1: Only Park tickets displaying on the App that were purchased online
Note 2: For printed Park tickets, scan Park tickets for all members of the party using the representative's App
Note 3: Disney Premier Access, 40th Anniversary Priority Pass, Standby Pass, Entry Request, Disney Mobile Order
In the following cases, a group must be created on the App:
・If a representative of the party shares Park tickets purchased online or obtained plans with the members of the party (If they enter the Park separately or enjoy the Park separately)
・If two or more members of the party purchase Park tickets separately online and use the services available on the App together after entering the Park
You can enter the Park and use the services available on the App without creating a group, but there are some notes. The notes will vary depending on the Park ticket, so please select your Park ticket below.
[Common Notes]
Please keep your scanned Park ticket and bring it with you from the time you enter the Park until you leave, as you will need it in case you make changes to the date of Park admission or if an error occurs with the App after entering the Park.
To make changes to the date of admission, conditions for making changes of the Park ticket prior to the change will apply.
For information on how to register (scan) Park ticket information onto the App, please see here.
