If the credit card used at the time of purchase is no longer valid due to expiration or other reasons, an error will occur when you are making changes to Park tickets, and you will not be able to complete the change. In this case, please follow the steps below to remove the credit card information before starting the procedure to change the Park Tickets, and then register a new credit card during the change to complete the procedure.

1. Remove credit card information
Log in to the page of "Purchase Park Tickets" on the Tokyo Disney Resort Official Website using a web browser, NOT the App.
Select “Check/Change Credit Card Information” from “Menu” to remove the registered credit card information on the page of “Credit Card Information” .

2. Register a new credit card during the change of the Park tickets
Select “My Booking” from “Menu” to make changes to the date of admission or age category on the page of “Change Park Tickets”.
Tap “Next” after confirming the payment amount after change.
"Register" the new credit card information on the form displayed by tapping “Enter credit card information” in the section of “Payment amount (tax included)” on the page of "Details of Change".

3. Confirm the Park ticket change procedure
Return to “Payment amount (tax included)” to enter the name on card and the security code, and tap “Confirm name on card and security code”.
Tick the box of “I agree” at the bottom of the page, and tap “OK”.

If a credit card was used to purchase a Park ticket, the payment should be made by credit card at the time of change. It cannot be changed to PayPay or Alipay.
