After entering the Park and obtaining a Standby Pass or Disney Premier Access for an eligible attraction at Fantasy Springs, you can order menu items of eligible restaurants at Fantasy Springs using Disney Mobile Order anytime (even before entering Fantasy Springs).
-"Arrival time" that can be selected on the order screen is only during "the valid time of entry to Fantasy Springs".
