For everyone’s safety and enjoyment, there are costume guidelines for the special “Disney Halloween” event. Please see here for information “Regarding Attire for entering the Parks”.
The guidelines for costumes, items, and makeup
1. Please refrain from wearing costumes that are excessively revealing in the Park.
2. Please refrain from wearing costumes, decorations or costume props, all of which are too long or too wide, in the Park.
3. Please refrain from wearing costumes, costume props or make-up, all of which cover the face, in the Park.
4. The following items are not allowed in the Park.
-Sticks, Long canes
Sticks and long canes that are over waist height
Please refrain from bringing in separate pieces and assembling them in the Park.
-Sporting goods, Musical instruments
No items that may harm others or make loud noises are allowed in the Park.
-Dangerous items (including imitations)
No firearms, knives (weapons that imitate blades) or protective gear, even if they are toys or imitations, are allowed in the Park.
-Inline skates (including shoes with rollers), Kickboards, Skateboards
-Even with your consideration, you may be contacted by a Cast Member depending on the situation. In such cases, please follow the instructions of the Cast Member.
-Please note that you may be asked to wait some time before entering the Park to confirm your costume.
-We reserve the right to deny admission or remove any person who refuses to comply with Park rules and regulations, adhere to Cast Member requests, or whose conduct or behavior could detract from the experience of other guests.
-No spaces for changing are available at Tokyo Disneyland and Tokyo DisneySea. Please wear your costume and make-up at home or at the hotel where you will be staying before visiting the Park.
