[Reservations for Park admission] Park ticket information scanned onto the Tokyo Disney Resort App has disappeared.

If you did not enter the Park on the date of admission you have reserved, you will not be able to select the Park ticket used for scanning on the App.
To display the Park ticket on the App, you will be required to make another reservation for Park admission and register the Park ticket information onto the App.

If the same Park ticket is scanned using more than one App, the Park ticket will be displayed only on the last App used for scanning and will disappear from other Apps. To share Park tickets with members of your party, please use "Create Group" function on the App. By inviting the members to join a group, Park tickets will also be displayed on the member's App.
