[From April 1, 2023] I purchased Park tickets for members of my party together online, but some members do not have a smartphone. What should I do in this case?

Members of the party can enter the Park one by one by displaying the Park tickets for each member on one smartphone (Tokyo Disney Resort App). (Please see note 1.)

After entering the Park, you can also obtain a Standby Pass, make an Entry Request and purchase Disney Premier Access for all members of your party on one app.
-If you wish to re-enter the Park after entering the Park with one smartphone displaying more than one Park ticket, you will need the smartphone you used to enter the Park when you re-enter.

If members of your party enter the Park separately or separate after entering the Park
・Park tickets with a fixed admission date "up to March 31, 2023" specified at the time of purchase
Before entering the Park, please log in to the Tokyo Disney Resort Online Reservations & Tickets website on a computer, print out Park tickets for members who do not have a smartphone, and bring them with you.

・Park tickets with a fixed admission date "on or after April 1, 2023" specified at the time of purchase
Please print out the code on the "email with the code for your Park ticket" you receive after purchasing a Park ticket and bring it with you.

Note 1:
Example: If there are three members of a party and only one (Guest A) of them has a smartphone
1. Guest A scans the code on the first Park ticket displayed on the smartphone with the reader at the Park entrance, and Guest B enters the Park. (Guest A remains outside the Park, in front of the reader.)
2. Guest A scans the code on the second Park ticket displayed on the smartphone with the reader, and Guest C enters the Park.
3. Guest A scans the code on the third Park ticket displayed on the smartphone with the reader, and Guest A enters the Park.
Note: Park tickets with a fixed admission date up to March 31, 2023 specified at the time of purchase (including Park tickets with a fixed admission date changed to April 1, 2023 or later after purchase) purchased on the "Tokyo Disney Resort Online Reservations & Tickets website" cannot be displayed on the Tokyo Disney Resort App (smartphones) before entering the Park. Please print out your Park ticket on the Tokyo Disney Resort Online Reservations & Tickets website and bring it with you.
