[Disney Premier Access] What happens if the operation of the attraction or parade/show is suspended during the designated time for the experience I selected?

Parades/Shows
Purchases made on the Tokyo Disney Resort App

A refund will be made for cases when:
・A parade/show is canceled, or ended in the middle of the performance.
・"Tokyo Disneyland Electrical Parade Dreamlights" is canceled due to rain, and then the mini parade "Nightfall Glow" is presented instead.
・Parade floats that are scheduled to make a stop at a viewing area for Guests who have purchased Disney Premier Access did not make a stop at the area due to weather conditions or other reasons.

A refund will be made to the card used for payment. (Refunds will be made automatically.)
-Please note that refunds will take one to two months.

-The refund will be made at the above locations even if the Disney Premier Access was purchased at a different location.

If you were unable to request a refund today, then requests for a refund will be accepted within 90 days from today. Requests made after this period will not be accepted.

If the operation of the applicable attraction is suspended during the time for your experience, the experience will not be available. In that case, a refund will be made.

You may have a choice between a refund of your payment or same-day use of any one of the eligible venues, including the one you purchased.
Further information will be provided on the Tokyo Disney Resort App for guests who are unable to use the purchased Disney Premier Access at the designated times due to the temporary suspension in operation of the attraction.
If you are not using the Tokyo Disney Resort App, please contact a Cast Member at an eligible venue.

(1)If all Disney Premier Access purchased in one transaction on the Tokyo Disney Resort App are eligible for a refund
A refund will be made to the card used for payment. (Refunds will be made automatically.)
-Please note that refunds will take one to two months.

(2)If a part of the multiple Disney Premier Access purchased in one transaction on the Tokyo Disney Resort App is used as Multiple Experiences, you are required to apply for a refund using the refund request form sent via the App on or after the day following the planned date of use.
A refund will be made at a later date to a Japanese bank account designated by the guest.
Requests for refunds will be accepted only within 90 days from today, and requests after that time will not be accepted.
If you do not have a Japanese bank account, please inform a cast member at the applicable venue on the day of your visit.
