[Disney Premier Access] What happens if operations of attractions or entertainment programs are suspended at the designated time I selected?

If the operation of the applicable attraction is suspended at the time for your experience, the experience will not be available. In that case, a refund will be made.

If a show is canceled or terminated in the middle of a show, a refund will be made for purchased Disney Premier Access for the show.

Purchases made on the Tokyo Disney Resort App
Refunds will be made to the card used for payment. (There is no procedure for Guests to follow.)
-Please note that refunds will take one to two months.
-For debit cards, refunds will be made to the debit account.

Purchases made at Main Street House (Tokyo Disneyland) or Guest Relations (Tokyo DisneySea)
Refunds will be made in cash at the location where the purchase was made (Main Street House or Guest Relations).
Please bring your Park ticket and go to the location where you made the purchase.
