Tokyo Disney Resort official surveys are sent from the following email address. We would appreciate it if you could check and complete the survey.

Surveys will be sent randomly to the email address registered with MyDisney Account of Guests visiting the Parks or using services of Tokyo Disney Resort.
Please note that surveys may be sent from multiple contractors at the same time.
Your responses to the survey will be used to improve future services at Tokyo Disney Resort.
The information will be processed statistically and handled as information that cannot identify individuals.
The information related to Guest privacy will not be disclosed.
