From March 30, 2022, Disney accounts for Guests who have multiple accounts with a single email address will be consolidated into a single Disney account.

With the consolidation of the Disney accounts, a credit card registered under the main Disney account will be displayed.
When you change or cancel a booking with your Disney account other than your main one, the credit card selected will be as follows.

Payment of charges: A credit card registered with your main Disney account
Refunds: A credit card used to make the booking (A credit card registered with your Disney account other than your main one)
[Cancellations]
Refunds: A credit card used to make the booking (A credit card registered with your Disney account other than your main one)
