[Tickets for Guests with Disabilities] If I forget to bring my disability certificate with me on the day of Park visit, or if the certificate is not the original document (if the certificate is a copy), can I still enter the Park?

(ID:22683)
If you do not bring the eligible certificate, you will not be able to enter the Park with a ticket for Guests with disabilities.
Please be sure to bring your disability certificate (the original document, not a copy, or an app for the disability handbook) on the day of your Park visit. You will not be able to enter the Park with a copy of the certificate.

[If you have purchased a ticket for Guests with disabilities but you do not bring the certificate on the day of Park visit]
You will not be able to enter the Park with a ticket for Guests with disabilities. To enter the Park, you will be required to purchase another Park ticket other than tickets for Guests with disabilities. For the purchased tickets for Guests with disabilities, please make changes to the date of admission and use to enter the Park on your next visit with your certificate.
For information about how to make changes to Park tickets online, please see here.
-If the ticket for Guests with disabilities for the date you wish to visit is sold out, changes cannot be made.
-Please note that requests for making Park ticket changes will not be accepted at ticket booths at Tokyo Disney Resort.
