I cannot join a group even I tap an invitation URL to the group on the Tokyo Disney Resort App./The message "you are already a member of another group" is displayed.

If the message "Since you are already a member of another group, you can't create a new group." is displayed
If you tap "Create Group" under the date of admission displayed on the App, "a group in which you are the only member" will be created. In this case, you will not be able to join a group to which you have been invited by others.

Your icon and "+" are displayed under the date of admission displayed on the App.
・How to leave the group in which you are the only member
Please see here. After leaving the group, you will be able to join a group to which you have been invited by others by accessing the URL to join the group.

-If you do not create a group in which you are the only member and cannot join a group you were invited to, please see the following.

For iPhones
If you are unable to join the group automatically, please set it up yourself.
1. The "ID for joining the group" will be displayed on the web page that indicates when you are unable to join the group.
2. On the "Help > Join Group by ID (join manually)" screen of the App, please enter the ID displayed in 1. above and tap "OK" to join the group you were invited to.

For Androids
Please try the following:
・Ask a member of the group to send you the invitation URL in other ways (email, LINE, etc.) and tap the URL.
・Uninstall the Tokyo Disney Resort App and install it again.

If the above does not solve the problem
You will be able to enter the Park by using the code in the "email with the code for your Park ticket" sent to a purchaser. for details, please see here.
After entering the Park, you will be able to join the group by having your code scanned by the group member's App.
