If you have physical Park tickets (printed Park tickets, etc.) scanned onto the Tokyo Disney Resort App, please have the Park tickets for all members of the party ready and contact a Cast Member at the eligible venue.

For Park tickets displayed on the App, please inform a Cast Member at Main Street House (Tokyo Disneyland) or Guest Relations (Tokyo DisneySea).

"Mobile battery rental service" is also available at the Parks.
