The app closed before I receive the result of my Entry Request. What should I do?

Please restart the app.
Your Entry Request may have been finalized in our system. Please check the following:

1. If the experience you made an Entry Request for is displayed under "My Plan" on your app, you will be able to experience the venue at the designated time.
2. If the experience you made an Entry Request for is not displayed under "My Plan", please make an Entry Request again.
3. If an error is displayed after selecting the timeframe for the experience ("A ticket which was already used to make an Entry Request is included. You cannot make an Entry Request for the same venue multiple times."), your Entry Request was made before the app closed and you did not receive an assigned time. You will not be able to experience the venue on that day.

-Depending on the operation of the day, you may be able to enter the queue for the experience without Entry Request.
-Depending on the venue and time, operating conditions vary. Please check the app or contact a Cast Member at the eligible venues.
