[Standby Pass][Entry Request] I wish to know how to use the services.

These services will be available after entering the Park.
-The following pages provide information with images.
Standby Pass          ・Entry Request

1. Log in to the Tokyo Disney Resort App with your Disney account after entering the Park.
2. Tap "Standby Pass" or "Entry Request".
(Swipe up on the "house icon" on the far left at the bottom of the map page to see the "Standby Pass" and "Entry Request" icons.)
3. Read the notes carefully and tap "Continue".
4. Tap the desired experience from the categories.
(Attractions, shops, restaurants, parades and shows, or Disney Character greetings.)
-The order of 3. and 4. may be reversed. 4. may be omitted.
5. Select the Park tickets for all members of your party who wish to access the experience on the "Select Ticket" screen.
-If your Park ticket is not displayed on the screen, tap "Scan" and scan the code on your Park ticket. (For more information about scanning, please see here)
6. Select the experience and timeframe you wish on the list of eligible experiences screen.
7. Confirm the experience, timeframe, and number of entry or quantity (number of Guests), and tap "Issue Standby Pass" or "Request".
8. [Standby Pass] The time for the experience will be displayed under "My Plan" on your app.
    [Entry Request] If the time for the eligible experience is displayed on the app, you will be able to access the experience at the specified time. If the message "We are sorry we could not arrange the experience you requested." is displayed, you will not be able to access the experience on that day.
