Can I change my ticket purchased on or before June 24, 2020 (delivery to home / business card size) to a fixed-date ticket valid for admission?

Tickets for admissions before the Parks reopened (purchased on or before June 24, 2020) cannot be changed at this time. (To prevent the spread of infection, tickets will not be changed at the ticket booths at Tokyo Disney Resort. Business card size tickets cannot be changed online.)


You will be able to use your ticket to enter the Park in the lottery.

As we are currently limiting the number of Guests entering the Park, only Guests who were successful in the lottery will be admitted.

The validity of both open tickets (without a fixed admission date) and fixed-date tickets has been extended until March 31, 2022 (no special procedures are required).

-We had announced that "the fixed-date tickets had to be exchanged for Revisit Passports (No difference and no handling fee. The start date of the exchange is yet to be determined.)”. However, the exchange is no longer required.
-An announcement will be made on the official website when your ticket can be used for admission again.
