Can I cancel or request a refund for the Park tickets purchased on or after June 25, 2020?

Except for the tickets listed below, cancellation or refunds will not be allowed.
If you cannot visit the Park on the fixed date and time after purchase, Guests are required to change the date and time to another date and time, and use the ticket within the period of validity.

Refunds will be accepted for the following unused tickets with fixed admission dates from July 1, 2020 to June 11, 2021.
・1-Day Passport
・Fixed Date and Time Passport (from 10:30 a.m.)
・Fixed Date and Time Passport (from 12 noon)
・Fixed Date and Time Passport (from 11:00 a.m.)
・Fixed Date and Time Passport (from 2:00 p.m.)
・Sponsor Employee Passport
-Tickets purchased or changed to a date on or after May 11, 2021 are not eligible for a refund.

Once the refund request is completed, the ticket will become invalidated.
・You will not be able to attempt the "Park admission lottery" with the ticket after requesting a refund.
・You will not be admitted to the Park with the ticket after requesting a refund even if you were successful in the "Park admission lottery".

-A fixed date and time can be changed on the Tokyo Disney Resort Online Reservations & Tickets website.
-Changes can be made as many times as you wish before or after the fixed date within the period of validity.
-If the ticket for the wished date is sold out, you will not be able to make the change to the date and time.

-Tickets purchased online will be valid for one year from the date of purchase.
