I made bookings for restaurants, etc. on the Tokyo Disney Resort App, but they are not added to My Plan.

Please refresh (reload) the app and you will see the new bookings in the My Plan.
How to display My Plan
Swipe down on the My Plan screen and the "Refresh (reload)" button will appear in the lower right corner.
[Supplementary information]
If you close the screen by tapping the "×" in the upper right corner on the booking completion screen, your bookings will not be added to the My Plan until you refresh (reload) it.
Tapping "Close" at the bottom of the screen will automatically add the new booking to the My Plan.
