An assigned time of my Entry Request or Standby Pass has been changed to "Multiple Experiences". How do I use this?

If the venues you have made an Entry Request or obtained a Standby Pass are suspended and you are unable to experience the venue at the assigned time, "Multiple Experiences" may be given to the Park ticket you used.
(In this case, the assigned time of the eligible venue you have made an Entry Request or obtained a Standby Pass displayed under "My Plan" on the Tokyo Disney Resort app will be changed to "Multiple Experiences".)

Please present the "Multiple Experiences" on the app or the Park ticket used for an Entry Request or a Standby Pass at the eligible venue (Note 1), and one Guest per ticket can experience the venue.

(Note 1) You can check venues that can be experienced with Multiple Experiences and expiration dates under "My Plan" on the Tokyo Disney Resort App > "Multiple Experiences".

[If you do not use the app]
Please present the Park ticket to a Cast Member at the nearest venue. The Cast Member will look into it for you.
