If you have changed from Android to iOS (or vice versa) or have not backed up your data, the App will not be installed on your new smartphone. Please search for the "Tokyo Disney Resort App" in the App Store or Google Play and download it.
By logging into your account registered under MyDisney on the App, the data before the change will be displayed on your new smartphone.
