Anniversary plans can be applied for on the Tokyo Disney Resort Online Reservations & Tickets website, along with bookings for restaurants at the Disney hotels.
You can also apply for an anniversary plan even after making a booking at a Disney hotel restaurant until 8:59 p.m. two days prior to your visit to the restaurant from "My Bookings" after logging in to the Tokyo Disney Resort Online Reservations & Tickets website.
-Bouquets are available by phone at least 3 days prior to the date of your restaurant visit.
-"Happy Wish Day" set at Chef Mickey can also be ordered when you visit the restaurant.
