I am having trouble printing my Disney’s eTicket passport (printed out at home).

Please try the following solutions depending on the situation:

[If the ticket does not fit on the paper]
Please change the printer setting to the recommended setting (margins set at 10 mm top, bottom, left, and right). If the printer has an automatic reduction feature, please turn the feature on.

[If margins are large]
Please change the printer setting to the recommended setting (margins set at 10 mm top, bottom, left, and right). If the printer has an automatic reduction feature, please turn the feature on.

[If printing is blurred or faint]
Please check the printer's instruction manual or contact the manufacturer.

[If nothing is printed]
Please see if other pages can be printed. If other pages can be printed, please close and reopen the screen (browser), log in to the Tokyo Disney Resort Online Reservations & Tickets website, and reprint from the My Bookings. If you still cannot print, please check the printer's instruction manual or contact the manufacturer.
