I wish to change the date of my Park ticket online, but the ticket I purchased does not display under My Bookings.

First, please log in here with your Disney account.
-You will be required to log in on a computer to change your ticket.

If you cannot see the purchased items under My Bookings, the "Search Option" setting is set to "Hide cancelled bookings / Hide past bookings". So, please uncheck all the boxes.
-After changing your ticket, the code on your ticket will also be changed, so please make sure to print out the changed ticket and visit the Park.

If the purchased items still do not display under My Bookings, please contact the Tokyo Disney Resort Online Reservations/Purchasing Support Desk.
