I want to change the date for a Park ticket that I purchased online, but the ticket that I purchased does not show up in my purchase history.

If a purchased product is not displayed in your My Booking list, please remove the checkmark from the “Hide previous reservations” box to see all of your previous bookings.

If you still cannot find the ticket that you purchased, please contact the Tokyo Disney Resort Online Reservations/Purchasing Support Desk.
