I have not received a confirmation email for my booking.

If any of the following applies to you, you may not receive the email:
If you registered a wrong email address
Please be sure to enter your email address correctly when registering.
Your registered email address can be found from "Edit Account" after logging in to the Tokyo Disney Resort Online Reservations & Tickets.

If you are using a spam filter
If you are using a spam filter such as domain specific reception, please reconfirm your email address settings so that you can receive the confirmation email for your booking from "@tokyodisneyresort.jp".

-A confirmation email for your booking can be viewed from "View/Change Booking Details" on the "My Booking" page.
1. Click "View/Change Booking Details" for the eligible booking on the "My Booking" screen.
2. Click the title of the email to view the details of the email.
