I have not received a reservation confirmation email.

You may not be able to receive the email in the following cases:

If you registered a wrong email address
Please be sure to enter your email address correctly when registering.
Your registered email address can be checked from "Edit Account" after logging in to the Tokyo Disney Resort Online Reservations & Tickets website.

If you are using a spam filter
If you are using a spam filter such as domain specific reception, please reconfirm your email address settings so that you can receive the reservation confirmation email from "@tokyodisneyresort.jp".

-Your reservation confirmation email can be checked in the "View/Change Booking Details" under "My Bookings".
1. Click "View/Change Booking Details" for the eligible reservation on the "My Bookings" screen.
2. Click the title of the email to view the contents of the email.

-The fixed admission date specified at the time of purchase: If you do not receive a purchase confirmation email for Park tickets for admissions on or after April 1, 2023, please see here
