If you are using a spam filter such as domain specific reception, please reconfirm your email settings so that you can receive confirmation emails from "" and "".

Spam filter
Depending on your system requirement, some emails may be automatically sorted into your spam mail folder, so please check to make sure.

-You can check your confirmation email from "Booking Details" in "My Bookings".
1. Click on "View / Change Booking Details" for the eligible reservation in the "My Bookings" screen.
2. Click on the title of the email to view the contents of the email.
