Who should I contact about my lost item at the Park?

If you are at the Park
Please contact a Cast Member at Main Street House (Tokyo Disneyland) or Guest Relations (Tokyo DisneySea).

If you have left the Park
Please use the "Contact Form" and be sure to enter the details of your lost item in the "Inquiry" section, and your name, email address, address (including temporary ones) and phone number at the bottom of the contact form.
In addition, if you have any reference images of your lost item, please attach them.
