Can I cancel my Disney hotel reservation?

Cancellations can be made on the Tokyo Disney Resort Online Reservations & Tickets website until 8:59 p.m. the day before your stay.
Please go to "My Bookings" to cancel your reservation.
After 9:00 p.m. the day before your stay, please contact your hotel directly.
・If a cancellation is made after the date on which a cancellation fee will be charged, the deposit minus the cancellation fee will be refunded in accordance with the conditions of accommodation contract of each hotel. For details on cancellation fees, please see here
・Please note that once you cancel your hotel reservation, restaurants and other bookings that were made together with the hotel reservation as Disney hotel Guest benefits will also be canceled at the same time.
