Who should I contact about my lost item at the Park?

If you are at the Park, please contact a Cast Member at Main Street House (Tokyo Disneyland) or Guest Relations (Tokyo DisneySea).
If you have left the Park, please register the details about your lost item using the "Lost and Found Form". In addition, if you have any reference images of your lost item, please attach them.
Only if your lost item is found, we will send it to the address you provide.
-You may be contacted via email or phone to confirm your lost item or how to return it. For this reason, please also register your phone number where we can reach you (even while you are in Japan).
-We do not contact you to inform that your lost item has not been found.
