Please check below if the information of your Park ticket purchases does not appear on the page of “My Booking”.

[Web page for checking your record of Park ticket purchases]

・Reservation and purchase records for Park tickets purchased online on or after April 1, 2023 are displayed in the ”MyBooking" page of the Tokyo Disney Resort Official Website.

・With the App, it can be checked at “Ticket purchases with a Reservation Number that starts from the letter A” under "MyBooking" in “Bookings and Purchases” from the "Help" section after logging in to the Tokyo Disney Resort App.

“Current bookings/purchases” is displayed as a default setting. By selecting the tabs “Booking/purchase history &cancellations” or “All”, you can also check the records of the specified date of Park admission earlier than today.  

[Use your MyDisney Account for your Park ticket purchase history]

To check your Park ticket purchase history and/or make changes to the Park ticket, please log in to the site with your MyDisney Account at the time of purchase. If you log in with a different account, your history will not be displayed.

 If it is still not displayed after you have addressed all of the above, please check below to confirm whether the purchase has been completed.

・"A reservation confirmation email" and an "email with the code for your Park ticket" sent to the email address registered with your MyDisney Account

・Purchase history of credit card (or debit/prepaid card), PayPay or Alipay used for the purchase

If you have received the emails, the purchase has been completed. If you have not received the emails but have the payment history, it is possible that the account is set to block the emails. For more information, please see here.
