[Disney Mobile Order] I have not received an order confirmation email./I deleted the screen during order processing./An error occurred during the processing.

Please check "My Plan" or "Bookings and Purchases" on the Tokyo Disney Resort App. If your order details are displayed, please tap "I'm Here" at the restaurant at the designated arrival time, then you will be able to pick up your order.

If your order details are not displayed under "My Plan" or "Bookings and Purchases", your order has not been completed. Please place an order again. If your order is still not completed, please enter the queue for cash registers at the restaurant and place an order.

-"Bookings and Purchases" is located in the "Help" section of the App.

If any of the following applies to you, you may not receive the email:
・If you registered a wrong email address
Please be sure to enter your email address correctly when registering.
Your registered email address can be found from "Edit Account" after logging in to the Tokyo Disney Resort Online Reservations & Tickets.
・If you are using a spam filter
If you are using a spam filter such as domain specific reception, please reconfirm your email address settings so that you can receive the confirmation email for your booking from "restaurant@mail-dmo.tokyodisneyresort.jp".
