How do I get a receipt for my purchase at the Park?

Receipts will be issued at the location of purchase.
Parking fee receipts (Guest Parking)
If you wish to have a receipt, please inform a Cast Member when you pay the parking fee.
-If you do not make a request at Guest Parking, a receipt will not be issued.
-If you were unable to receive a receipt at the time of payment, please contact a Cast Member at Guest Parking within the same day. A receipt will be issued. (Please note that it may take some time to issue a receipt. Parking fee receipts will not be issued at other facilities.)
Receipts with the name of the recipient
If you wish to have a receipt addressed to, please inform a Cast Member per transaction. A receipt will be issued with the name of the recipient.
If you were unable to inform a Cast Member at the time of payment, a receipt will be reissued at the location where you made your payment as long as it is within the same day.
Receipts dated in the past cannot be changed to receipts with the name of the recipient.
Receipts with a past date
Receipts with a past date cannot be issued. Please inform a Cast Member at the time of payment. (If you forget to receive it, please inform within the same day.)
Handwritten receipts
Handwritten receipts cannot be issued.
