Please follow the on-screen instructions from the "If it is not charging..." button displayed on the top screen of the dedicated app (ChargeSPOT).
If you do not see that button, press the power button on the side of the battery and make sure the cable is connected to your mobile device.
If the above still does not work, please contact ChargeSPOT support center.
