Does Entry Request guarantee that I will be able to access an experience?

Depending on the result of the Entry Request, you may not be able to access an experience.
As a result of Entry Request, if an assigned time for the eligible experience is displayed on the Tokyo Disney Resort App, you will be able to access the experience at the assigned time.
As a result of Entry Request, if the message "We are sorry we could not arrange the experience you requested." is displayed on the app, you will not be able to access the experience on that day.

-Depending on operation conditions of the day, you may be able to enter the queue for the venue without making an Entry Request.
-Operation conditions will vary depending on the venue and times. Please check the app or contact a Cast Member at the eligible venue.
