If I stay at the Tokyo DisneySea Fantasy Springs Hotel, will I be guaranteed to enter Fantasy Springs?

Guests staying at the Tokyo DisneySea Fantasy Springs Hotel will be able to enter Fantasy Springs at any time during the Park operating hours by presenting all of the following items at the entrance.
Required items (All of the following items are required.):
・Park ticket valid for admission to Tokyo DisneySea
・Proof of Stay at Tokyo DisneySea Fantasy Springs Hotel
-To re-enter Fantasy Springs, a handstamp will also be required. (Please have your hand stamped by a Cast Member at the entrance when you exit.)
Entrances to enter Fantasy Springs from the hotel:
・Fantasy Springs Entrance (Park entrance directly accessed to Fantasy Springs)
・Grand Chateau Gateway (exclusive passageway for Guests staying at Grand Chateau)
The entrance to enter Fantasy Springs at the Park:
・Fantasy Springs Entryway (located between Lost River Delta/Arabian Coast and Fantasy Springs
-Only Proof of Stay at Tokyo DisneySea Fantasy Springs Hotel will be required to use the entrance.
Locations where "Proof of Stay at the hotel" can be picked up:

Attractions and restaurants eligible for Disney Mobile Order (note) at Fantasy Springs:
To experience an attraction or dine at a restaurant at Fantasy Springs, either one of the following items will be required separately.
A. A Standby Pass or Disney Premier Access for an attraction at Fantasy Springs
B. 1-Day Passport: Fantasy Springs Magic
Note: You will be able to place an order using Disney Mobile Order only during "the valid time of entry to Fantasy Springs" assigned in A or B above.
Note: Orders cannot be placed without using Disney Mobile Order.
