You cannot register or change only the credit card information in advance.
During the booking and purchase process on the Tokyo Disney Resort Online Reservations & Tickets, you will be asked to enter your card information after logging in.
Your latest card information you entered will automatically appear on your next booking or purchase. (You can also use another card for your next booking or purchase.)
-If your card expires, it will disappear from the display.
