The original item in my Vacation Package is broken. What should I do?

If the original item is initially defective (unused), we will replace it with a new one.
-Depending on availability, items may not be exchanged for the same item.

Please bring the damaged item and contact a Cast Member at an applicable shop at the Park where original items can be exchanged.
To check the applicable shops, please access the Online Tokyo Disney Resort Vacation Packages Guide Book from the code in the Vacation Package Kit you will receive.

After your stay at Tokyo Disney Resort
Please contact the Tokyo Disney Resort Online Reservations/Purchasing Support Desk.
