The code isn't displayed in the "email with the code for your Park ticket".

In the following cases, the code may not be displayed.

-If your application of email service is not compatible with HTML
An email regarding the “email with the code for your Park ticket” is sent to you in the form of HTML. Please make sure that you receive the email using the application compatible with HTML.
 -Chatter message services provided by cell phone companies using their own email addresses are not compatible with HTML.

-If attachments are not displayed due to the email settings
The code will be received as an attached file. Please make sure that your email settings are set up to display attachments.

-If attachments can't be forwarded due to the specifications of the email application
Some carriers have email applications that allow you to receive attached files but do not allow you to forward them. In such cases, the code will not be displayed in the forwarded email.
Some carriers using email applications with specifications that do not allow attachments to be forwarded may have the code displayed when logging in to the company's Web mail service and then forwarding an attached file. (Only if the recipient's email application is set to display the code.)
Please check the specifications of the mail application on your device.

After the above problems have been resolved, the code will be displayed in the "email with the code for your Park ticket" that you are supposed to receive when you purchase/change the Park ticket.

-Even if the code does not appear in your email, you can still enter the Park with your Park ticket displayed on the Tokyo Disney Resort App. Please see here for information on how to display Park tickets on the App.

-For details on how to enter the Park in case the application or email cannot display the code of the Park ticket that you have already purchased or changed, please see here “2. Without using the Tokyo Disney Resort App”.
