You cannot register or change your credit card in advance. You can register it by entering your credit card information when entering “Payment Information” at the time of purchase. Your latest card information you entered will automatically appear on your next purchase.

Your registered card information will not be reflected on the Tokyo Disney Resort Online Reservations & Tickets that accept bookings (such as Vacation Package bookings and hotel bookings) other than Park tickets.
