[Standby Pass][Entry Request] I cannot download the Tokyo Disney Resort App, I do not have a smartphone, Guests under age 13: Is there a way to use the services?

・If any member of your group is 13 years of age or older and is using the app
The services are available by using the member's app.
Please scan the Park tickets for all members of your group on the "Select Ticket/Scan code" screen on the member's app after entering the Park.

・If all members of your group are under 13 years old
・If all members of your group are not using the app

Please have the Park tickets for all members of your group ready and contact a Cast Member at any of the following locations.
・Eligible venues requiring a Standby Pass or Entry Request
Main Street House (Tokyo Disneyland)
Guest Relations (Tokyo DisneySea)
The services will be provided by scanning your Park tickets on the Cast Member's app.
For information about the Standby Pass issued and Entry Request required status, please contact a Cast Member at the nearest eligible venue.
