I cannot print out Disney’s eTicket Passport (print out at home) properly.

Please try the following solutions depending on the situation:

The ticket does not fit on the paper
Please change the printer setting to the recommended setting (10 mm margin for top, bottom, left, and right). If your printer has an automatic reduction feature, please turn this feature on.

The margins are too large

The print is blurry or has streaks
Please confirm your printer’s manual, or contact the manufacturer.

Nothing comes out
Check and see whether the printer is able to print out other pages. If you can print other pages, close the screen (browser), reopen it, log into the Tokyo Disney Resort Online Reservations & Tickets website, and try printing out again from the My Booking page. If you still cannot print out, please check the printer’s manual or contact the manufacturer.
