I have not received a confirmation email for my reservation.

You may not receive the email in the following cases.

If you have registered a wrong email address
You can check your registered email address from "Edit Account" after logging in to the Tokyo Disney Resort Online Reservations & Tickets website.

If you are using a spam filter
If you are using a spam filter such as domain specific reception, please reconfirm your email settings so that you can receive confirmation emails from "@tokyodisneyresort.jp" and "@disney.jp".

Spam filter
Depending on your system requirement, some emails may be automatically sorted into your spam mail folder, so please check to make sure.

-You can check your confirmation email from "Booking Details" in "My Bookings".
1. Click on "View / Change Booking Details" for the eligible reservation in the "My Bookings" screen.
2. Click on the title of the email to view the contents of the email.
